 Terms and conditions:

  • If the property sells while listed exclusively with Shelley Gilmartin, by any agent from Property Brokers Napier, the vendor will receive their choice of one of the two luxury escape packages described above.
  • The luxury escape must be taken within six months of the sale date.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Shelley Gilmartin will assist the vendor in coordinating the escape with the chosen provider.
  • Prizes are not redeemable for cash, but may be transferred to another party upon request.
  • All guests must comply with the terms and conditions of the respective provider (Black Barn or Te Mata Resort).
